Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into written documents with high accuracy.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Format medical reports according to client specifications and coding guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
- Use specialized transcription software and hardware efficiently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate in Medical Transcription preferred.
- Proven experience in medical transcription (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and spelling.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.
