Responsibilities
Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.Process customer orders and transactions with 100% accuracy and data integrity.Utilize CRM software to log interactions and update customer profiles in real-time.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).Adhere to all company policies and security protocols while working remotely.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
