Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client accounts during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST) via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide strategic guidance to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery across time zones
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative approaches
- Maintain detailed client documentation in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or technical support experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in remote environments
- Expertise in SaaS platforms and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and collaboration platforms
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on a consistent night shift schedule
