Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to customers via chat, email, and phone during night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the Texas brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
