- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS products and resolve customer escalations
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify trends and propose process improvements for overnight operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to master product updates and support techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or overnight settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and product updates
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
