Job Summary
As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients during the evening hours. You will troubleshoot technical issues, answer inquiries, and ensure our service remains uninterrupted 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via chat, email, and phone during designated night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and tickets in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over escalated tickets seamlessly.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets and quality standards.
- Stay updated on product updates and internal knowledge base changes.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Los Angeles, CA, or the greater metropolitan area.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or technical sales.
- Must be available to work exclusively on night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on user empathy.
