- Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate escalated issues to the day-shift team to ensure continuous resolution.
- Process Training: Stay updated on product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside within the Dallas, TX metro area.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of customer support or technical helpdesk experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with remote support tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
