Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and handovers.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and data privacy standards.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
