Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Conduct system updates and security patches during low-traffic windows
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed context
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in remote environments
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
