Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote channels
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and system outages during night shift
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and cloud services
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident response
- Perform system maintenance and patch deployments during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network and security issues
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 PM CST)
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
