Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote channels during night shift hours
- Monitor and resolve critical network security alerts, server issues, and system outages
- Document incident reports, resolution procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during cross-continental handovers
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Manage user authentication/access requests following security protocols
- Perform forensic analysis on security incidents during overnight monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global team collaboration
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar) and incident response protocols
