We're seeking tech-savvy professionals to provide exceptional remote technical support during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST). Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud systems, and network security protocols
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and system changes in ServiceNow CRM
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows and system patches during low-traffic hours
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers with detailed technical documentation
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and SOP updates for overnight procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience (helpdesk/sysadmin)
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent networking knowledge
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex remote connectivity issues
- Exceptional written communication for technical documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or ITSM platforms
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
