- Perform system backups, updates, and maintenance tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service via ticketing systems and chat support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or on-call exposure
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms
- Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7AM)
