Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems during overnight hours
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, networking, and cloud applications
- Document support tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security threats
- Train end-users on best practices for remote work tools and cybersecurity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
