Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems, networks, and security infrastructure during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Monitor and respond to critical security alerts, incidents, and system outages via SIEM platforms
- Execute scheduled maintenance, patch deployments, and vulnerability assessments during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams using Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams for incident resolution
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports with precision
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and troubleshooting for Windows/Linux environments
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Azure AD, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) and endpoint security tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation and client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site hardware maintenance
