Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Execute system maintenance, patching, and security updates during off-peak hours
- Document all troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train junior staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience (night shift preferred)
- Advanced certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, or equivalent)
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (9 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
