Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during overnight hours across cloud infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients via remote access tools
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for continuity
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Respond to emergency escalations with calm, effective troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and cloud services
- Exceptional written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
