Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during night shift hours, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Respond to urgent technical escalations with swift, accurate resolutions
- Collaborate with global teams via virtual tools to troubleshoot complex issues
- Document all procedures and create detailed knowledge base articles
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance optimizations
- Train junior staff on remote protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or technical support roles
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift schedules
- Strong proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems in enterprise environments
- Previous experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Must have dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home
