Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Monitor and maintain remote infrastructure security and performance
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Adhere to SLAs and ensure 99.9% system uptime
- Train and mentor junior team members on remote protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support, system administration, or related field
- Proven night shift or 24/7 operational experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network security
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
