- Monitor and maintain critical systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Respond to alerts and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
- Document incidents and maintain detailed operational logs
- Collaborate with global teams during handover transitions

- Ensure 99.9% uptime for core infrastructure
- Participate in cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT operations or system administration
- Proven night shift or overnight work experience
