Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical digital systems during night shift hours, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents within SLA targets using remote diagnostic tools
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack/Teams for cross-functional project support
- Document all shift activities, incident reports, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to knowledge base articles to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or system administration
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with remote access tools (VPN, TeamViewer, RDP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
- Excellent written communication for incident documentation
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling and night shift work
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
