Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Respond to urgent technical issues and provide real-time troubleshooting support
- Document incident reports and ensure seamless handover to day teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using remote communication tools
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
- Adhere to strict security protocols for sensitive data handling

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or customer support
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
