Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client communications during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with global teams using digital tools
- Adhere to SLA metrics and quality standards

- Participate in mandatory shift training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or technical support experience
- Proven night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
