Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain security protocols for remote access and data handling
- Contribute to knowledge base with troubleshooting documentation
- Monitor system health during overnight hours and report anomalies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service focus
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
