As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of service during off-hours. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, technically inclined, and committed to providing exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support and troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner to meet strict SLAs.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all support interactions and system tickets.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide clear guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication platforms.
