Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Maintain a high ticket resolution rate while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
- Identify trends in customer issues and propose process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficient in using remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
