Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Log all interactions and issue resolutions into the CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex product issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical questions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
