Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot provided equipment including laptops, peripherals, and specialized software
- Provide remote technical support to clients across Virginia and Texas via phone, chat, and video
- Document equipment status, maintenance logs, and resolution protocols in our CRM system
- Conduct periodic equipment audits and update inventory records
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated on equipment specifications and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or remote technical support
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for clear client interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups in Virginia Beach
