Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain remote diagnostic equipment at client sites
- Provide virtual technical support via video calls and remote monitoring tools
- Document service activities and update digital maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues
- Train clients on equipment operation and troubleshooting procedures
- Conduct routine equipment performance audits remotely
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in medical or technical equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic software and video conferencing tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
