Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service policies, and software updates to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in daily stand-ups and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in Ohio and have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in using computers, navigating web browsers, and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for top candidates.
- A dedicated workspace free from distractions is mandatory for this role.
