Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems via phone, email, and chat support.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support to customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Remote Assistance: Guide clients through software installations, updates, and configuration settings.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common technical issues and relay them to the engineering team for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT help desk roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, email clients, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) with occasional evening or weekend shifts.
