- Act as primary liaison between patients, providers, and ancillary departments
- Implement process improvements to increase patient satisfaction scores
- Monitor scheduling KPIs and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare scheduling experience with Epic EMR proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate complex situations
- Proven track record of optimizing provider utilization rates
