Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal governance policies.
- Document data architectures and analytical methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data cleaning and automation.
- Proven experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
