Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while optimizing for speed and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the development team.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical roadblocks.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL.
