Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and scalability of our systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward project success.
