Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code scalability, security, and performance.
- Remote Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) through virtual stand-ups and agile ceremonies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on best practices for remote development workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Remote Experience: Demonstrated history of successfully working in distributed, remote-first teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
