Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud services.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and technical standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for a global audience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
