Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and interns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React or Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
