Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI components across products
- Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with remote work portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform design patterns
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to manage time effectively in a flexible work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
