Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing across cultural institutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design iterations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI excellence for SaaS or consumer apps
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones
