Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for enterprise SaaS features
- Conduct user research and usability testing across diverse markets
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Present design strategies to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design expertise
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions
