Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing across diverse demographics

- Mentor junior designers through weekly design critiques

Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent remote collaboration skills with time zone flexibility
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field
