Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and rapid prototyping
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
