- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms and coordinate interview schedules.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to ensure cohesive branding and hiring goals.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing.
