Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Lead comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth.
- Technical Execution: Perform technical SEO audits, optimize site architecture, and implement schema markup to improve search visibility.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from posting job ads on ATS platforms to screening, interviewing, and closing top technical candidates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong background in technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
- Experience in technical recruitment or HR operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible, remote-first environment.
