Responsibilities

- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, or Go) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
