Responsibilities
- Provide Remote Assistance: Deliver top-tier technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Equipment Management: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot company-provided hardware and software environments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tickets and logs of all support interactions.
- Client Communication: Explain complex technical solutions in simple, non-technical language to end-users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT department to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments; familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high-speed internet connection.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours.
