Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using remote access tools
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for complex escalations
- Conduct system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Meet SLA targets with 95%+ first-call resolution rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years in remote IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Must reside in Texas for compliance purposes
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
