Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for users.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM database to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients to ensure proper software utilization.
- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
