Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Configure and set up company-provided equipment for new hires.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all support tickets and customer interactions.
- Educate users on best practices for cybersecurity and system usage.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or specialized teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
